Family owned in Uptown since 1962
Boulevard Building Inc. is a Smerd Group property. We own about half a million square feet of industrial and commercial properties in Pittsburgh. We've been in Uptown since 1962 when Meyer Berger purchased the historic Kaufmann's Department Store warehouse at the corner of Forbes and Stevenson street. He purchased the Reymer Brothers Candy Factory at Forbes Avenue and Pride street four years later.
