Family owned in Uptown since 1957
Boulevard Building Inc. is a Smerd Group property. We own about half a million square feet of industrial and commercial properties in Pittsburgh. Boulevard Building was born in 1957 when Meyer Berger purchased a building on the Boulevard of the Allies. In 1962, he bought the historic Kaufmann's Department Store warehouse at the corner of Forbes and Stevenson Street. He purchased the Reymer Brothers Candy Factory at Forbes Avenue and Pride street five years later.
